During her corporate career, Sabine gained expertise within various HR functions, including Recruiting, Talent Management, and HR Strategy (as an HR Business Partner). She has successfully navigated frontline HR leadership within a $70B fortune 50 conglomerate, and leveraged her drive for results to create and launch programming designed to improve the performance of employees and leadership.
In 2018, she launched a boutique coaching and consulting firm to support the career and development needs of leaders transitioning into new roles. Having supported the growth and advancement of dozens of professionals, with significant results for both private and corporate clients, she has expanded the firm’s offerings, supporting a wider range of individuals and organizations in their development as leaders.
In 2021, Sabine launched SHELeads Network, a professional development and training community for women leaders, in response to the overwhelming changes in society, calling on more women to take the lead in their homes, communities, companies, and businesses.
Sabine holds a Masters in Management & Organizational Leadership and has attained certification as a Coach and Leadership Consultant from ICF accredited institutions.
With a focus on helping women advance in their careers in the areas of salary negotiations and networking, I began my training and transition to coaching in 2016. Having faced several major life transitions and undergoing a series of personal and spiritual transformations, I came to the realization that those who I’d been called to serve needed a deeper level of support. The kind of support that not only gave them the practical and tactical tools they needed to advance in life, but also helped them uncover and address the mental and emotional barriers keeping them from fully stepping into the person they were created to be.
My passion for helping others grow, develop, and live out the true purpose of their lives, has led me to create a signature program, designed to help my high-achieving clients navigate the transformation chamber of life and become the best versions of themselves.
With over 15 years’ experience serving as an HR professional, Coach and Advisor to leaders in Fortune 100 companies, and within her own practice, I have helped hundreds of professionals breakthrough mental and emotional barriers, uncover or build their leadership capabilities, and experience growth in their lives, careers, and businesses.
I know first-hand the amount of faith and courage it takes to break away from the norm and step into something new or bigger than yourself. Using my personal and professional experiences as benchmarks, I hope to help lead millions of others through their unique paths of purpose, impact, prosperity, and legacy.
