The Aligned Leader Circle is for high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives who are navigating a meaningful shift and want space to recalibrate and move forward with purpose.
Career shifts, business pivots, evolving leadership identity, burnout recovery, or simply the quiet realization that the old definition of success no longer fits.
Most participants are executives, senior leaders, or founders. That said, the common thread isn’t title, but depth, intentionality, and a genuine desire to grow in alignment.
Yes. Many participants are able to use professional development stipends or leadership budgets to cover the cost. A receipt and letter of participation can be provided upon request.
Each cohort is intentionally small, typically 12 to 15 members, to foster safety, resonance, and meaningful connection.
Expect 4 to 6 hours per month, including live sessions, coaching, and integration. This is about deep reflection and sustainable momentum, not overwhelm.
All group sessions are recorded and shared in the member space. Live participation is encouraged, but we understand life happens.
While every leader’s path is different, most participants leave with deeper clarity, renewed confidence, and a clear sense of how to move forward with intention. Many also walk away with meaningful connections and internal shifts that support long-term change.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. This space is designed to help you clarify what’s true for you now—especially if you’re in the “in-between” season where old goals no longer fit but the new vision hasn’t fully emerged.
Perfect. This experience is designed for those who’ve already done “the work” and are now ready to integrate, evolve, or redefine. It won’t repeat what you already know, but will deepen your capacity to trust yourself and lead from wholeness.
There will be opportunities to extend the journey through 1:1 coaching, integration sessions, or continued community. That decision can be made based on your growth and alignment at the end of the program.
