The pandemic has been a game-changer for the world of work and learning, pushing organizations to embrace remote and hybrid strategies
This disruption has helped us realize that Learning & Development can happen in multiple ways and need not be limited to traditional face-to-face training.
On this week’s episode of She Leads Now, I am joined by Sonya Overstreet. Tune in as we explore how L&D professionals can step up and bring their unique perspective and skillset to drive the business forward.
